本可接受使用政策（"AUP"）适用于 VertexIP（"VertexIP"、"我们"、"我们的"或"本平台"）提供的服务。

使用我们的服务即表示您同意始终遵守本政策。未遵守本政策可能导致账户被暂停或终止，且可能不会提前通知。

1. 目的

VertexIP 为合法的商业和个人用途提供代理网络基础设施。

用户有责任确保其活动符合所有适用法律法规、合同义务以及本可接受使用政策。

2. 一般要求

用户必须：

仅将服务用于合法目的；
遵守所有适用的地方、国家和国际法律；
尊重他人的权利和隐私；
以负责任和善意的方式使用平台；
维护账户凭据安全。

用户对其账户下发生的所有活动承担全部责任。

3. 禁止活动

以下活动被严格禁止。

3.1 非法活动

不得使用 VertexIP 从事违反适用法律的活动，包括但不限于：

欺诈或欺骗行为
身份盗窃或冒充他人
金融犯罪
洗钱
逃税
规避制裁
非法赌博
分发非法商品或服务

3.2 网络安全滥用

不得使用服务实施或协助：

未经授权访问系统或网络
利用软件漏洞
暴力破解攻击
撞库攻击
密码猜测
分布式拒绝服务（DDoS）攻击
恶意软件部署
僵尸网络运营
远程漏洞利用
勒索软件活动
命令与控制基础设施
未经授权的端口扫描或网络侦察

3.3 垃圾信息和未经请求的通信

不得使用服务发送垃圾邮件、未经请求的群发消息、骚扰信息、恶意营销或其他滥用通信。

3.4 钓鱼和欺骗

不得创建、托管、访问或协助钓鱼页面、仿冒页面、欺诈登录页面、误导性重定向或社会工程攻击。

3.5 恶意软件分发

不得使用服务传播病毒、木马、间谍软件、勒索软件、漏洞利用工具包或其他恶意代码。

3.6 知识产权侵权

不得使用服务侵犯版权、商标、商业秘密或其他知识产权。

3.7 有害或非法内容

不得使用服务访问、传播或协助传播儿童剥削内容、恐怖主义内容、仇恨或暴力内容、非法商品服务或其他违法有害内容。

3.8 第三方服务滥用

不得使用服务违反第三方平台规则、绕过访问限制、规避安全机制或实施未经授权的数据访问。

4. 平台滥用

不得干扰 VertexIP 服务稳定性、绕过认证或限制、转售未授权资源、规避风控系统或损害其他用户体验。

5. 资源使用

用户必须合理使用资源，不得制造异常流量、恶意并发、无效请求、重复注册或其他影响平台质量的行为。

6. 监控与滥用防控

VertexIP 可监控必要技术指标、账户行为、用量模式和投诉反馈，以检测、防止和处理滥用。

7. 滥用举报

如发现滥用或违法使用，可通过官方支持渠道向 VertexIP 举报。我们会根据情况审查并采取适当措施。

8. 执行措施

违反本政策可能导致：

警告
限制功能
暂停服务
终止账户
拒绝退款
向相关机构或权利人报告
采取法律行动

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of services provided by VertexIP ("VertexIP", "we", "our", or "us").

By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy at all times. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

1. Purpose

VertexIP provides proxy network infrastructure for legitimate business and personal use.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and this Acceptable Use Policy.

2. General Requirements

Users must:

Use the service only for lawful purposes.
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
Respect the rights and privacy of others.
Use the platform responsibly and in good faith.
Maintain the security of their account credentials.

Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited.

3.1 Illegal Activities

Sanctions evasion
Illegal gambling
Distribution of illegal goods or services
3.2 Cybersecurity Abuse

Users may not use the service to perform or facilitate:

Unauthorized access to systems or networks
Exploitation of software vulnerabilities
Brute-force attacks
Credential stuffing
Password guessing
Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks
Malware deployment
Botnet operations
Remote exploitation
Ransomware activities
Command-and-control infrastructure
Unauthorized port scanning or network reconnaissance

Authorized security testing is permitted only where you have explicit authorization from the owner of the target systems.

3.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

You may not use the service to distribute or facilitate:

Bulk unsolicited email
Bulk unsolicited SMS or messaging
Spam advertisements
Phishing emails or messages
Fake technical support messages
Malicious marketing campaigns

Any marketing activity conducted through the service must comply with applicable anti-spam laws and require any necessary consent from recipients.

The following activities are prohibited:

Scam websites
Fake customer support operations
3.5 Malware Distribution

Users may not distribute or operate:

Trojans
Spyware
Keyloggers

3.6 Intellectual Property Violations

Users may not use VertexIP to:

Infringe copyrights
Distribute pirated software

3.7 Harmful or Illegal Content

Users may not use the service to distribute, promote, or facilitate access to:

Child sexual abuse material
Human trafficking
Terrorist content
Content promoting violence
Hate speech prohibited by applicable law
Illegal pornography
Illegal drug trafficking
Weapons trafficking
Any other unlawful content
3.8 Abuse of Third-Party Services

You may not use VertexIP to:

Circumvent access controls without authorization
Abuse rate limits
Evade platform security mechanisms unlawfully
Interfere with third-party services
Violate third-party terms of service where such violation also involves unlawful or abusive conduct
4. Platform Abuse

Users must not:

Share accounts without authorization
Resell services without approval
Attempt to bypass account limitations
Circumvent billing systems
Abuse free trials or promotional offers
Reverse engineer the platform where prohibited by law or agreement
Interfere with the operation or security of VertexIP systems
5. Resource Usage

To maintain service quality for all users, excessive or abusive consumption of network resources may result in:

Temporary rate limiting
Connection restrictions
Suspension of specific services
Account review
6. Monitoring and Abuse Prevention

VertexIP may collect and review limited operational and security-related information necessary to:

Protect platform stability
Detect fraud
Prevent abuse
Investigate security incidents
Respond to legal obligations

Any monitoring is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Reporting Abuse

If you believe VertexIP services are being used in violation of this policy, please report the incident with supporting information to:

VertexIP reserves the right to take immediate action where necessary to protect the platform, users, or third parties.
